Hi! I need to reinstall windows but when I tried to enter setup in BIOS it asked me for password. My laptop is pretty old and i have bought it from my friend, so I don't know which password should be there. I tried couple of samples that I found in forums but nothing worked. How can I change boot devices priority without entering setup? What can i do to unlock BIOS?

Hello! I installed Windows 7 on my PC 4 days ago by myself and today tried to send some files via Bluetooth and couldn't.  Reinstalled driver for Bluetooth device, but still the same problem. Other device can see mine, but error occurs while trying to send files. Other programs, devices work perfectly so I thought it has nothing to do with windows. Please assist.

My computer started to show me BSOD time to time. I can work the whole day without any problem and three times in a row show me BSOD and error code stop 0x00000101. Please advice what could be the problem, I have reinstalled windows already 2 times, first time from Windows 8 to Windows 7, but it did not help. The worst part is that you never know when it can happen.

Why is my Window 8 not keeping it backups? I schedule a regular Window backup why always runs at the stipulated time but whenever I check for the backup files, there is none in the backup folder. What causes this behavior? How can this problem be fixed? If I backup to an external device, will the problem also occur?
