I want to use Merge application from araxis on my windows xp machine. Merge helps in comparing texts from OpenDocument, Microsoft Office, PDF AND RTF files. Not only that it also compares the source code files written in xml and html format.

I want to know the minimum system requirement for merge application on windows xp.

Also tell me if araxis merge 2008 is a freeware or shareware application.

My system was recently attacked Win32 Trojan virus so I had to perform a virus scan.  My Avast Version 7.0.1474 disinfected the virus and was put on Sandbox.  When I opened my mdb files, it says corrupted.  Is there a software for Access recovery 2007?  I'm on Windows XP 64 bit.  Thanks.
