My USB drive has encountered a problem on my machine running with Windows XP Service Pack 2.

I have failed to origin a new file on it. Even it does not allow me to copy in the drive. I have alternated several settings regarding the problem but no result. Please help me to get a remedy of this issue.

How will I fix unread usb memory? I have so many files stored in my usb memory with a capacity of 16mb, the last time I inserted the usb device in my cousin’s laptop and I think there are some viruses that attack the usb memory. I am very disappointed, how can I fix and recover the files?

I have an Acronis for my computer because I have heard lots of positive things about it. The problem is that, my laptop doesn’t recognize the RAID-O array in my Intel ICH8M-E/ICH9M-E/5 Series SATA RAID Controller. With this, I cannot get my files back with acronis raid recover. Is there anything I should do for my laptop to be able to recognize Acronis as my backup so that I can use it for its purpose?
