How do I recover my documents  after updating Windows 8 to Windows 8.1, since it was an update, I was expecting to find my desktop intact, does updating delete My Documents, rolling back to previous versions does not help me, how does rolling back my updates work?

Can you please tell me what issues are faced if I use Nation Zoom on my PC?Why is it called Hijacker's browser? I have installed it but now I would like to remove it. Please guide me how to go on doing so. Thanks

I am using RealPlayer on my Windows 7 and recently I disabled the automatic updates of RealPlayer to avoid the pop-up reminder in that. Now I need to have that update, How to undo RealPlayer update, so that I can get the automatic updates.
