I am using ArcGIS desktop to work on the consolidation of all the data gathered on a survey, when I am about to edit some map name, I meet an error that I cannot edit the theme table for the roads theme.

Heloo guys, My post here is all about my problem when I run ArcGis, I am using this application for months now, just this morning when I am about to start my working day, when I run it, it did not run because of an error, the error message goes like Unable to execute command, I pasted below the full message for better understanding of my post.

Hi guys, I am trying to install file maker pro on windows xp home edition, when I am about to start installing an error message appeared on my screen, its telling my that, it can't install on the current version of windows I am using, please see the screen shot of the error below.
