Can I apply a 640×480 HD screen cap from prototype as wallpaper in Windows 7 starter edition? 

Its says not authorized. 

Is there a way around this without having to upgrade my OS? 

Would an image hosting software allow me to  make the screen cap prototype 2 as my wallpaper?
