As I wanted to install Norton Antivirus software in my PC, a message like the attached picture appeared.

I have tried several times but failed. In addition, I am also having problems concerning ‘Active X’ during Windows Update.

I use Windows XP Home Edition and the second type of problems show some information related to my operating system.

I had an error so I tried to install Fix-It Utilities on Safe Mode. When I am asked for a serial number, I entered it correctly and the software continues with the installation. But in the end, I got an Error 1904 and inform me to contact my Service Personnel. Have I done wrong with the installation? How can I continue and resolve this?

Hello! I have issues running my newly bought Fix-it Utilities 10. After purchasing, I installed it on my two machines. I installed it successfully without issues on my laptop and desktop PC. But after few hours of using it, I can’t seem to use it with my desktop PC. It keeps asking for a valid serial key; though I can use it with my laptop without this kind of error. How can I fix it? The serial key starts with A311. Please help.

An error from Virgin Media Security’s Firewall appeared from my computer. The error is “The following program is attempting to connect to the Internet or the network.” “Do you want to allow access?” with Allow, Allow once and Block options in the bottom of the window. I hit the Block button because the application that appears is located on my personal files which I don’t normally use except when needed. When I tried to search for the file on my computer, I could not locate it even when I changed the hidden folders to become visible. I scanned my whole system but there are no issues found. How can I solve this?

My new hard drive does not work properly with my emails. A dialog box always appears asking for the password and for verification of my identity. I was using Lightworks on my 32-bit computer and had to shift it to a 64-bit computer that have more memory space. After few days. I received the error message “Unlicensed – Install License File". I have verified NTP date, uninstalled the old version and installed the latest version of Lightworks, provided new machine number and tried all the possible solutions.

I want to install 4 on Demand Software for watching videos. But I spend almost an hour for installing with no luck. An Error 1303 is appearing during the installation. It is also stating that the installer for 4oD doesn’t have enough privileges to access the directory where My Deliveries is located. I already tried to log in as the Administrator but I can’t still continue with the installation.
