Tomcat v 7.0 Server has encountered a problem. It says “Installing Software has encountered a problem. Cannot complete the install because one or more require items could not be found”. From the detailed option I tried to find the problem but there is no reasonable answer.

I tried to login with my username and password in the server. I received the error message as under. 

However, I am sure that there was no such mistake mentioned below.

I have set a meeting with an international client and this meeting requires online access and sharing of desktops and applications. I want that we should allow everybody included in the meeting to share electronic data on screen. We should also be able to control each other’s desktop by remote control.
