What I would like to know is whether I can have a setup of Network latency monitor application to establish how stable the network connection is throughout. The application, once installed should be able to create logs of the connection details on a regular basis which I can go through later. Thanks a bunch.

I have installed an interface for a Router running MikroTik Operating System into my computer. I am not able to shape the bandwidth to control my clients' access. How can I configure it so that I am able to carry out this task? The Operating System is installed on the RouterBoard and the interface is running on my Windows 7 Operating System.

We have 3 computers in the home sharing a single internet connection. It keeps getting cut off, and the error message says that there's an IP conflict with another computer. We get that for all three computers from time to time. What should I do to fix it? Any suggestion will be appreciated.
