I have been stuck on the part, ‘Defeat The Enemy Sniper part of Call of Duty 5’ for several days while on board the Vendetta, how do I beat it?

I am getting error “You are attempting to install over a previous installation of Quartus II software (includes IP Library), ModelSim-Altera Starter Edition (Free). You must either uninstall the previous installation or choose a new installation directory before continuing with this installation.” I already removed Quartus II Web Edition Software but I am still having this error. How can I fix it?

There is something weird going on with my computer and I can’t find the cause.  The problem is that I hear sounds like ads or even radio conversations even if there are no programs running.  I have scanned my computer for Malware and Adware but didn’t find any, it’s clean.  Can somebody please give me a solution to this?
