Hello Experts,

I was trying to install an App but failed. After I turned off and on my phone, I tried installing via Nokia Ovi Store but I got this error instead. I tried several times but I still couldn’t install the App. What do you think should I do next?

I tried to update my Nokia phone software via Nokia Suite but failed. 

Can you please help me resolve the problem as seen in screenshot of the error message (see below)? 

It is my first time to do this thing so please give me simple steps to follow.

I attempted to update my Nokia Ovi Suite with my N8 phone.

The update was almost finished but then I got this error ( see screenshot below).

Hmmm…this is weird since I experienced this for the first time and I have been doing this for a gazillion times already.

Any take on this?

Do you have a fix for this? I don’t think my phone is busted? Is it?

Hi,

I have been updating my Samsung phone (Windows OS) with my PC but suddenly I got this update error message.  What do you think should I do?  I am afraid to tinker on my phone since I might corrupt stored photos, videos and music.  Can someone guide me on how to remove the problem?

Installing iSpy should not be difficult, right? But then, it was the opposite.  I had difficulty in installing the software on a newly bought PC with Win 7 of course.  I tried several time but I still got the error message below.  Anyone who can help fix the problem?

Hi guys,

I was working on a video using Adobe After Effects on my Mac.  I have been using nested compositions since I reuse compositions.  However, I suddenly encountered this error (see screenshot below) while using one of my comp.  I have checked preferences and switches but I still get the error.  Can anyone help me fix the problem?

I was installing a software but then I encountered an error referring to not being able to process license keys. 

We only have 1 license key, and it worked with the others. 

How come I couldn’t install this software in my PC?

Hi,

I was trying to install Autodesk Revit Architecture 2012 on my laptop since brought work to home. However, I got this error while installing. I knew I had the correct key which was given by the office tech support so I was baffled by the error and didn’t know what to do next. I haven’t tried reinstalling though. 

Please help! By the way, please provide simple steps for resolution.

Error 1401. Could not create key

Hi,

I installed Adobe Acrobat X, but it failed when I got a configuration error with code 213:13. 

I tried re-installing on the same PC but got the same error.  I tried also installing to another PC, but it installed successfully. 

I wondered what’s wrong with the other PC.  BTW, all PCs have Win 7. 

Anyone who can provide a fix?
