Hi, I recently upgraded to SKY X Professional edition. Since the update, when I try connecting to CCDAP5 Software (planning mode) I’m prompted with the below attached message.

“Link to software error, The SkyX Adapter.StarChart 1:COLeException Type mismatch
(800200005) SCODE 80020005?”

I can’t figure out what this really means.  Could you guys please help me out a little here?

I have done all the things I can to get rid of this problem. I re-installed the application several times and did all the possible troubleshooting. But it still gives me error. Are these caused by hardware malfunction? The screenshots are attached. Thanks in advance.

I currently use Windows Vista as my operating system but I also sometimes use Windows XP. While trying to utilize this program I received the problem report that said ‘MS Sans Serif’ won’t back the usual style. Can you help me figure what the error may be and resolve it?

I have tried to use this program and start a fresh assignment but instead of allowing my actions I get a problem report.

It says loading of program declined due to old program and that I should employ the updated form of the application that was given with the program.

The problem is that there was no updated form set with the program.

I noticed a few other people have posted about this same problem but no one has commented on how to fix this problem.

How am I supposed to go about getting the updated version of the application?

I tried to put a .deb file onto my computer by employing Ubuntu Software Center in Ubuntu 11.04. While trying to do so I received a failure message that said this product is no good and may generate PC malfunctions. Please inform the service provider or person who gave you this product and tell them about the error. Is there any way that I can still install this program onto my computer?

I have the updated versions of Comet Bird and Windows XP instated on my computer. This product allows me to keep these networks up as I use them frequently as well as sustain them for future use. My mistake however was not adding those websites to my favorites list.

Due to an unexpected power loss my computer collapsed. Once the computer was rebooted the start-up system did a software check which produced the result of two damaged documents. One remained on the computer but the other was cut, there were also some other documents that were kept as lost chains but I am unaware of exactly where they are located.
