Please tell me how to merge layers in Photoshop. Also tell me how to resize any layer in Photoshop.

i am a webpage designer and i create and design them using adobe dreamweaver cs5 and cs8.but i am seeing a lot of new features are being added by other designers of the world and they are quite attractive too.i heard something they call jquery which they use to make it better.can anyone tell me how i can connect it and use it using dreamweaver….

I exported my drawings made in Adobe Illustrator such as DXF and DWG files to be able to open it in AutoCAD for Mac 2011. But the problem is the curves and circles become straight lines in AutoCAD. So, the circles become squares etc. I exported to an older version of Adobe Illustrator to be able to correct the issue, but it doesn’t work. What steps should I make to correct this? 

I am running Windows XP with Outlook Express as my email client. I will be away for a week and could not reply to any incoming messages.  How can I set up my Outlook Express to automatically reply to any incoming messages and inform them that I am away temporarily? How can I set up an Out of Office auto-reply in Outlook Express? 

I’m having just installed Internet Explorer 7, I have the OS Windows Vista. With the new version of IE, I had many problem for example In Internet Explorer's default setting, a small warning icon appears in the status bar like the one pictured left.

I have Microsoft Silverlight Version: 4.0.60310.0 installed into my system.

When I try to navigate 'worldwidetelescope.org' that uses silverlight, the website drops and following message encounters.

I think its due to the Silverlight is not working properly.

But how can I resolve the problem?

I am facing problem to create a new user in active directory on server 2003. When I create a new user with the login and password then first time that users can login from client PC but the second time he can not login and screen shows the "method you are using is now allowed".
