What is the weblink between Ms SharePoint Site Server and Microsoft Windows Services?

During the installation of MS Office Enterprise 2007, I encountered an error which prohibited me to continue the installation.

The error message states,

 Microsoft Office Enterprise 2007

Error 1935.An error Occurred during the installation of assembly component {68b7c6d9-1Df2-54c1f-C8B3B9A1E18E}.HRESULT:0x800736FD.

How do I check how much disk space a SharePoint site is using?

I have issues with outlook. The following error message occurs when attempting to send an e-mail from outlook client:

Microsoft Office Outlook cannot sign this message because you have no certificates which can be used from the email.

Could somebody help me out of this problem?

When attempting to access a SharePoint site, it prompts for authentication.

I use internet explorer as my default web browser at work.

I have tried to reset the browser, didn’t help.

I would appreciate if someone can provide a fix for this problem.

I have upgraded to office 2007 recently. Previously I was using office 2003, had set quite a few Macros. Do I have to revise macros/application code for Office 2007 ribbon interface?

To integrate sp3 for Office 2003, I am using Office Integrator. It worked excellently. Now this time to integrate the hotfixes, which I am trying to do the exact same, an error message appears

Unable to read C:Documents and SettingsAdministratorMy DocumentsDownloadsoffice 2003 slip streamedfinal product sp3 and hotfixes file. Error code: 0 <ERROR #1<

UPDATE: Whole process again was integrated with the hotfixes (3 hours it took) and the process complete without any errors this time.
Win 7 x64 is where I want to test this. I’ll support your efforts if this works.

My Laptop is using Vista Ultimate. It shows some Registry related Error when I am trying Office 2003.  "Error1404. Setup cannot delete the registry key SoftwareClasses.tiff.

Verify that you have sufficient permission to access the registry" is the error showing. This type of registry error is so many. Any many application installation is this type of error.

It not write or create *.exe or *.dll file in Program Files directory for so many software like Nero 7, Adobe Reader 8.0, Winamp 5531,etc.  The snapshot of error is attached.

Help me please anyone.
