Laptops/Notebooks
I am a user of hp Elite book, previously I had 8040 and now I am using 8070. The laptop works fine and I love its functionalities but their is this one problem which is starting to happen more often now. When the laptop displays the home screen and asks me to enter my password, sometimes it takes a very long time to log in and after it log in an error message is generated on the bottom right corner which says that a few devices failed to communicate. I don' t know what that means. When such a login occurs there is no desktop background either as in the normal case, their is the background that I have already set. Whenever this happens, I have to restart my laptop

It has been a month since I started using Elite Book 8440 p and now it is showing strange screen behavior. Some of the pixels do not perform as expected. This started to happen after prolong use of laptop so I would restart it and use it again. But once dead pixels appear in a particular session, even after restarting the defective pixels now appear more frequently than the first occurrence. Also, sometimes the screen brightness changes automatically and it becomes completely white than it changes back to the original brightness automatically. Why is this happening and what is the solution for this?

I have an HP Probook 4530 s that keeps on turning off according to its will. I don't know what is the problem with it. Initially I thought that this was a problem with the battery but it keeps on turning off even when the laptop is plugged in. Is this a Windows related issue? Or is this a problem with my laptop?

I have an HP Pavilion dm1 which is now almost two years old. Whenever I plug in the charger, it says plugged in but not charging. Is my battery dead? How can I check that my battery is still working or not? Can it be a problem with my charger instead of the battery?

From the past 2 days it has been showing a small yellow icon over the internet sign and says that I have limited access although my internet is working fine. What can I do to remove this sign? Is this a problem with my laptop WiFi antenna? Or is it something to do with my hardware driver? Please guide.

Why is my compact Presario notebook laptop shocking? I found out recently that my compact laptop is shocking people if you touch the some of its peripheral components like the speaker or the non-plastic parts. This behavior started after I use a friend charger to charge the laptop. Although, if the laptop is not plugged to the main socket, it won’t shock.
