Hello! I am an IPhone user. Recently I unplugged my iPhone from my laptop and then locked it. After sometime, I tried to unlock it but there was no display. My phone had almost half battery life remaining when I unplugged it from the laptop and now it acts like it is turned off. I tried to charge it but it doesn't charge. Then I plugged it in my laptop and the laptop doesn't even make a notification that mobile is plugged in. What is wrong with my phone?

Hello! I just bought IPhone 6 and I am an old IPhone user. Previously I was using IPhone 5c but when I switched to IPhone 6, I had already lost all the photos on my IPhone 5c but I really want them back at any cost. Is there any chance I can get my photos back and put them in my new IPhone? Thanks

Hi! So I have this question in my mind from a very long time. We all use smartphones these days but the widely used ones are Samsung and Apple. So this question is much like a debate but a lot of people use Samsung and they wouldn't even think of using Apple and vice versa. But which one is better in all aspects? I mean I am sure both have some different and unique features. If one were to choose one which would be better?

Actually I will be using a portable charger for the next few days and it stops charging after 80% battery is charged, so is it ok to use it in this way?

Hello! I am thinking of buying a new smartphone very soon. I have been using iPhone 4 for past one year and it was a good experience. I am not sure if I should stick with iPhone or should I buy an android phone? People say you can do a lot of stuff on android which is not possible on iPhone so what is the best option for me? Will it be a better experience to shift from iPhone to android?

I am having serious issue with iPhone 6 related to memory. I already deleted apps that almost reach 345 Mb, some photos accumulate 60 Mb and songs that are almost 19 Mb. After that I restarted my device. Now when I proceed to check the availability, it stated 0 bytes. What going on?? Now I can't even open beetalk or 360 camera. Where is the memory that I've cleared up?? What else do i need to delete?!! I just have two games remaining now. This is really very annoying!

Hello! So this bend thing in IPhone 6, is it a feature or is it a defect in some of the models? I heard they had this feature that IPhone could be bent and easily put in the pockets but few people were saying to me that it is actually a defect not a feature. I was even told that if your model shows this defect, apple would give you another defect free IPhone 6 for free.

Hello! I recently started using IPhone 5 buy the experience has not been very good. One of the biggest problem is the wrong time and date. Initially I set the correct time and date according to my own country but whenever I switch off my phone and turn it on again it shows wrong date and wrong time. What could be the reason? I have updated my iPhone to iOS 8 and my space available on the phone is decreased. I think that the space on the phone is hidden. How can I get the hidden space back without facing any problem? I don't want to restore my system.

P.S I have already removed the installer for iOS 8 but I still have lots of space occupied.
