I have installed a Google pop up blocker. It always blocks the pop ups from unknown websites and ask me to allow them or not. It is good for avoiding pop ups But now I want to turn it off. My problem is that I don’t know it does not work rather blocks it. What can I do with it?

Recently, I have a problem with my PC.

When I installed  and opened Yahoo Messenger and talked with my friend over voice chat,  my PC volume  stopped and mute button was automatically selected. 

What can you suggest for me to do?

I am having problem with downloading pictures, links, text etc. They don't  download on certain web pages. It sometimes takes 3 or 4 refreshes to actually be able to view the entire site. I am running Win98 and IE 6. This happened after downloading IE 6 updates. Is there any solution?

I can't access  to  my yahoo account and Gmail account. 

Whenever I try I get a message saying that the server is unavailable, but yahoo.com and google.com both work fine.  

NAV has found nothing and I tried to reset my hosts with the Hoster program, but to no purpose.
