i'm using windows 7 since then im using internet explorer that comes with my computer. is there a way to surf the internet faster?

My Google Chrome icon Suddenly changed to be Locked Google Chrome icon. I have reinstalled the program, but the lock still appeared.

Yesterday I used Firefox then it became unresponsive 30 minutes later. I closed the program from the task manager.

And now I can't open it. I have reinstalled the program, but nothing changed.
