How can I trace used customer service website templates by other internet users?

I have free website templates that people can download but I was unable to add a counter or tracker to list down the number of downloads. Right now, I want to trace each of them who got it and see how the template was utilized.

Can I add a converter without using bank currency display software? At the moment, I don’t want to purchase anything or test any shareware. I’d like to code them myself but I need basic codes that would also update according to the latest currency available e.g. latest rates and conversions.

I’m developing my pet rescue website template this week and I want to add music loops in it. I’m at the moment using a simple html site tool with basic templates and I need help on how to add music loops, same as with flash websites. What is my option so it’s easier for me to edit?
