I cannot print any color from my HP 500 series. I have changed a new cartridge for colored ones, what is wrong with my printer? Did the installer of the shop that i went through has created the problem? What will be my next step? I need it for my report.

My HP scanner is new, but what is the procedure in attaching it to our computer? I saw a picture of installation CD outside its box but I can't find it. What other option do I have? If I don't have the installation CD? Can I get the installation instruction on the internet?

Help! Me screen turned black. Well, me computer was running just fine and i was playing a game. All of a sudden the games freezes up. I restart the computer because it didn't respond to any commands anymore. After, the computer starts up, windows is loading but i get a black screen and it's doesn't go away. Is it me graphic card that's causing this problem? Please help.

Hi, can someone help me please? I'm not a computer expert, i don't know a lot about these things. I"ve got a home computer about 2 years but now it's running slow. I haven't changed any setting or installed extra programs. All the programs i wanted to work with where installed by the shop dealer. I've put a new operating system on, changed from windows xp to windows 7. Any one can help out please?
