I powered the CPU and it started. But the monitor was not displaying anything. Light of the monitor flashed but was not stable. After an hour I started it again and worked normally but after about an hour it shut down and not taking start again. How to fix up the problem?

My monitor flickers too much. I want to change the refresh frequency of my monitor but I'm not able to do it. How to change it? Where will I go? Please help. 

I have a problem with my monitor. When I open my computer the monitor works properly but after 30 seconds it suddenly turns into blank/black. What happen to my screen? How come it remains blank even if my CPU is still processing and working? 

After powering the computer boots but no display is shown. I replaced the graphics card and was unsuccessful. I also removed the CMOS battery,reset it and ram also but it failed. What to do with this problem?

I am reviewing for my basic hardware and software exam. I need to pass it to be able to work as a technical support for a certain company.

I searched the internet and encounter the word "Resource Conflict". What is a resource conflict during POST and what are the possible solution to fix this problem? I have no idea about it. Can you help me have some?
