I have an iPhone 5s. My son played on it for a few minutes and now when I use it, the screen no longer rotates. I used to be able to turn the display around and the screen rotates but now it only stays on one side. Is there a setting that can be changed? Or is the screen broken now?

I love my iphone 5 but just days ago I started having some problems with Siri. Every time I use Siri, I have to reset the entire phone before I can use it again. A friend advised me to do a restore via itunes but I've never done it before. Is it too complicated? Do I need to back up my music and photos before I restore the phone?

I got a new iPhone last week as a gift. I was happy about it. However, today after unplugging from the charger it powered off by itself. All of a sudden, it happened it was not expose to water or any damage. When I try to on it, I got this error message. Then it tries to restore but nothing works. What I have to do now? While I am in the process of setting up an email account in iPhone, I ended up with an error message. This error message says that the secure connection failed, the certificate for “Nexcess” may not be valid. So canceled the process and tried again but I got the same error message.
