Hi,
I am using an Apple computer with OS X version 10.9.3. I have a few .mov files on my pen drive (32GB with most of it is empty) and I wanted to trim them using the Quick Time player. When I am opening those files Quick Time player is taking a long time and then roaring out saying Startup disk full. I am not sure whether this is an issue with the Quick Time player or the pen drive. However, Pen drive is having lots of space in it. Please let me know how can I overcome this issue.

Hi everybody,
I am having few AVI videos and I wanted to play them on Apple TV. For that I wanted to convert AVI format to MOV format. When I am trying to open them in QuickTime player it is giving the error "Required codec not available". The same file is getting played using VLC but not Quick Time. Is there any way to handle this issue? Any help would be highly appreciated.

Hi everybody,
I am using iPhone 5s and it was working very well. Today I have seen an update 7.1.2 available. I have started the upgrade and it got downloaded properly and then started the installation. It went almost 1.5 to 2 hours, but then got stuck. There is no error message and nothing but just got stuck. I have tried to switch off, but it is not working. Does anybody know how to resolve this issue? Please help me out.

Hello there,
I have iPhone 5s and I like the features it has. But, one simple setting I couldn't do which is easy in any other mobile phones. I wanted to set one of the voice memos in my iPhone as the ringtone. Otherwise at least I wanted to setup any downloaded song (not from iTunes) as ring tone. Can I even do any of those things? Is this possible in iPhone 5S or not? It would be a great help if anybody can show me a way to do this.

Hi all,
I had a MacBook and an iPod 7th generation device. But, recently I moved over to a Windows 7 PC. After that I have downloaded iTunes on my Windows 7 PC and then connected my iPod to it. It asks me to format the device. As I was using the MacBook before, I felt reasonable and did the formatting. It went fine without any errors. However, from that point of time my iPod touch is not working at all. It is not even allowing me to switch between interfaces. Any kind of help is very much appreciated.

I have an Apple AirPort Extreme and I want to setup my home wireless network using it. The problem is, I don't own a Mac and all our computers at home are Windows. Can I connect to the network even if I use a Windows PC? How exactly do I set it up? Do I need to install any software? Any help would greatly be appreciated.

I just upgraded my router with a new Airport Extreme. I have an existing AirPort Express which is not new and it only has a single ethernet port and a single USB port. The Airport Express is not detected by my new AirPort Extreme, is it because it's an old model?

Hi,
I purchased new iPhone 5. It is great, but faced a serious problem. The battery charging will come 5 hours When the phone is powered on. But when I switch off the phone the battery is discharging that time and later I can't power on my phone again. I tried so many solutions like changing the battery, charging etc. But nothing worked. Please somebody help me out finding some solution regarding this problem. Thanks a lot!

Hi,
I have a new iMac and was working properly. I changed the hard drive. It works without any issues. Afterwards, I put new cover and glass is back on, but wonder video is not visible. I removed the cover and videos are visible. I have checked whole thing. Everything is works fine. Please kindly help me to find the solution. Thanks in advance!

Hi, I am using 13.3-inch MacBook Air 1.8GHz dual-core Intel Core i5 model. I am a fan of Mac Books and I like this one very much. I always handled this with care and it never dropped off or no problems. But, suddenly from last week I see a vertical green line on the screen. I have tried to reboot several times, but no use. Is this a problem with the screen or display card? Can I change any hardware component or I have to replace the screen altogether? Please advice how can I fix .
