I think my computer is having some sort of problem in handling the zip files. Whenever I try to open a zip file, I get an error message. It is not extracting the files, ends with an error. I have AVG antivirus to protect the computer, it is not blocking the zip file. What else might be the issue? How can I solve this error? Please help. Thanks.

When I try to install the Windows 7 in the computer, I ended with an installation error message. I check the system requirements and I got this CD from authorized store. When I try to uninstall EG from the computer I am facing an error message. The error states that ‘windows cannot find the file and make sure you typed the name correctly, and then try again’.
