This is my first error that I got from MWS and I am stuck with it. I cannot solve it, I can’t get rid of it, I can’t do nothing because of this error. Is anyone available to help fixing this error? Also please tell me how can I prevent this in the future and what is causing it?

Hello experts,

This Onekey Theater is causing me lots of errors, this is one of them. I can listen music, watching movies, play games with sound. My sound is working perfect. This is the only software that have problems with my sound card. How can I solve this error? Why this software have compatibility issue with my sound?

I installed the new software for me Video Capture and I have this error when I want to run it. I don’t know why is saying that my sound card is not installed since I can listen music and it works just fine. If I press Yes nothing is happening and the software is closing. This morning I had this error from GameRanger and now the program is not opening anymore. I rebooted my PC, reinstall the program and is not working. I have installed the last version, my PC is up to date and nothing seems to work. Can anyone help me to fix this error ? What could cause this one ?
