Friends, I am a facing an odd error message when I try to view a word document in the office web apps. The error message indicates that it cannot open the document. If this happens, again try opening the document in Microsoft word. I tried to open it several times but I am not able to open it in Web apps. Please guide me to open it using Web apps. Your help is appreciated. Thank you.

When I try to install the Microsoft office Professional Plus 2013 trial package in the computer I ended up with an error message. I do not understand where I went wrong I do enter the correct product key. I uninstalled the previous version of Microsoft Office 2013 in the computer. From this morning when I have opened my laptop I have this error when I try to open any program. I restarted my laptop hoping that will solve the problem, but it didn’t. I did a system restore and it doesn’t work. Now I can’t use my laptop at all because of this error. Does anyone know if this might be a virus? How can this be solved and what caused it?

On startup of my Windows XP this error message appeared. If I click OK my taskbar is not loading and my screen freezes. After a reset this error appears again, when I click Cancel everything works just fine. I want to get rid of this error but I don’t know how. Please, is there anyone who can help me fixing this error? What is causing this application error?
