Unable to find out the Bluetooth devices from Dell laptop.

For the very first time the Bluetooth of my Dell laptop worked properly.

But after reinstallation of windows, now the Bluetooth can't find any devices nearby its coverage area.

I have tried this process more than 25 times but always it shows 'failed to connect'.

Please suggest to solve this problem.

Files ghosting inside the remote file server
