Actually I don’t know what happened in my DVD player on my laptop. There some can read and some not, specially it can which cds color is blue. So in this matter what I have to do? By the way its laser is ok and its DVD writer too.

Can anyone help me out this situation.

I was recently clearing out my old files when suddenly I deleted some of my new files as well. In Windows OS you could retrieve your deleted files and restore it in a matter of clicks. I’m trying to figure it out with Ubuntu. Is there a way to retrieve and restore my original files?

Is there any way for me to retrieve the corrupted files on my external hard disk drive? I was transferring my new files into the hard disk drive and plugged it out. I plugged it again and tried to open my files but I can’t do it because it has been corrupted already. Thank You!

I do have a Linksys E2-500 on my Ubuntu OS and I’m having difficulties connecting to my wireless connection. There are no problems when I use the cable (Ethernet) but it’s just very problematic when I try to run it over WiFi.  It could connect for a short span of time then it becomes unstable.

I was once advised by some friends to try dual booting an Ubuntu OS and Windows OS.

I’d like to have second opinions now regarding this matter. Is it really possible?

If so, could you give me brief explanations as to how to do this?

After doing so, can you access both OS without any problems?

I would like to be clarified on this thought. Is Linux Ubuntu Operating system possible for any partitions? If so is it more similar to windows wherein you could represent it through the drive letters such as the C or it is true that they are using numbers instead? Thank You!

So I’m trying to run VLC player on my Linux Ubuntu Operating system when suddenly I noticed that there are some bug because when you press some keys all of it just disappears. Do you think it’s a problem with the codec or other problem?

I just previously learned how to use MS Frontpage and I’ve been receiving lots of time-out errors. It appears every time I try to publish my website. I also noticed that when I embedded forms and counters the time-out errors still appear. Could those bots be the cause of the time-out errors I’m experiencing? 

What other photo editing software can you suggest other than ADOBE PHOTOSHOP? What are the main difference of Adobe Lightroom and Adobe Photoshop in terms of usability and quality? Which is more User Friendly between the two? All replies will be highly appreciated! Thanks!
