This is the error that I have when I want to use Backup Exec 2012 and I don’t have a solution for this one. I did a deep search on the Internet and nothing useful was found. Can anyone help me please to solve this error ? Can this be prevented on the future ?

I have this error in Oracle when I want to create ASM instance using ASMCA and last time when I did this it worked just fine. Maybe I missed something this time but I can’t figure what. Any solution ? Please tell me what I did wrong.
