Some of my clients, when they try to open Outlook, keeps receiving the following message: “The file x:Outlook ArchivesOutlook.ost cannot be opened”, but after they restart the computer everything is working as it should. Sometimes Outlook shows that there are no messages, and after a while it shows that you actually have a lot of them.

Do you think this is happening because clients use SBS 2003, Exchange Server 2003, Outlook 2007?

I’m still not that good with my Windows 2010. There are some commands that I don’t know about it. Like just recently, I’ve wanted to use this certain theme for my MS Word. I need to use a certain MS Word theme (which is very unlike the default theme) for my work. Is it possible to change the default theme with my MS Word 2010?

I’ve heard that TheGreenBow IPSec VPN Client can be integrated in expanding network/s to guarantee the security of remote connections. However, I have tried this product on different computers, but still, I cannot make it work. I've tried it on Windows XP and Vista.
