I'm having trouble with creating my own theme with my HP laptop. I want my theme to be like the one in my mobile phone. I'm using MTC with Java Runtime Environment 1.6. MTC created an XML file but when I save the images, an SVG error comes out. Could someone please help me with the HP theme make your own?

Currently I’m using a 32-bit version windows OS. Now I want to upgrade it to a 64-bit version of windows OS, but my device drivers are of 32-bit.
