I bought a new personal computer and whenever I plug in a USB an error generates; I examine that this could be a motherboard problem i.e. Hardware issue. But along with that

Motherboard: Gigabyte Z77X-D3H

BIOS Version: F15 (Up-to-date)

OS: Windows 7 Professional, 64 Bit.

RAM: Crucial 8GB (2x4GB) DDR3 1600MHz Ballistics Sport Memory Kit CL9 (9-9-9-24) 1.5V

Processor: Intel 3rd Generation Core i5-3570K

My device manager shows that USBs is indeed and not working properly:

I was trying to install Malwarebytes software, it’s an Anti-Malware software system, but I faced an error during the process of installation.

I have just one option to click OK, and when I press the button of OK. The error message again generated with the same manner, and it repeats again and again until I have to go into task manager and kill the process from there.

Hi!

I have downloaded the driver from the ASUS [company server] and open the Driver-Disk-AHCI-Win7-x64 from the sub folder of main folder, and run/double click the amd_sata windows installer.

The process gets started but it stopped when an error faced by me.
