How can I get better Microsoft Office Outlook 2007 and 2010 Inbox Email Messages with the Inbox Repair Tools (scanpst.exe) in the below state of affairs?

Cannot start Microsoft Office Outlook. Cannot open the Outlook window. The set of folders cannot be opened. Errors have been detected in the file C:Documents and SettingsHP_AdministratorLocal SettingsApplication DataMicrosoftOutlookOutlook.pst. I did face a problem while I install Lookout on Outlook 2007.Can somebody guide me? I am not sure why this pop-up message comes. Please provide me a proper solution so that I can fix this issue.

Sorry!! It looks like another Outlook Plugin has installed an unofficial version of the Outlook libraries which breaks Lookout. Lookout will not be able to load. For more information, see this link:

I am finding some problem in Microsoft windows vista home basic, I have recently installed it. Earlier, I was using Windows 7 operating system, but now Microsoft windows vista home basic fixes some problem on my laptop.

An anyone educates me how to resolve problems in Microsoft windows vista home basic regarding display and configuration with other devices.

From a program I make a calendar arrangement detail (ics file) and throw it to email receiver. This has been running very well with Outlook 2003 clients on the other hand Outlook 2007 clients are facing difficulty. They obtain it as an attachment with the heading:

Not supported calendar message.ics

Is there an answer to this like for SP or hotfix?

The outlook version which I was using is exercising a problem stating I was being blocked by Exchange Server Administrator. The error message you can see below.
