I have brought a new iMac (2007 iMac) a week ago. It works normally. 

When my brother was working, it fell down.

Then it auto restarted.

However it not working, all I'm getting is a completely white screen.

There is no Home page.

I have two sites Primary and Metro for SAN and servers. Currently I am using a Primary SAN for Server allocation and Metro SAN for Data Replication. Both sites are connected through dark fiber and FC zones are replicating, replication has stated distance between both sites is 8 KM.

I have a large vacant pool of SAN on Primary site and want to use it on Metro Site for server allocation like as using for Primary site servers.

My question is can I use it on Metro Site or not. If, yes then what is the additional configuration required.

I allocated 6 SAN volumes to Linux for Oracle RAC.  After some time I assigned one more volume,  on DBA's request but the problem is, when I allot the new volume to host, host regenerates disks ids and running applications (RAC) collapse due to change of disk ids.

Now how can I adjust it as previous state ?

I have accidentally deleted one LUN (volume)  from the storage. Volume was unmapped during this incident. Company critical data was resided in the volume.

My question is, how can I recover the deleted volume? Configuration was as under:

Storage Model = IBM DS800

Raid Group= 5

Volume size= 500 GB

Initially I was using a DSL Modem, now I needed a WiFi system. I purchased a WiFi Router for enabling WiFi system in my premises. I installed the drivers and connected the DSL Modem and WiFi Router with the Computer System. After completing all this, I found an error, "IP error".

I want to know how I can change the IP, from WiFi Router to DSL Modem?
