I am experiencing difficulty in installing Hyper-V Integration Services on a newly installed Windows Vista SP2 VM. 

Please see below the error message I got during the installation. 

I hope someone can help me and provide a step by step procedure on what to do to resolve this problem.

Last week I bought my new anti-virus e-Trust. It is pretty good compared with Avira free addition. The anti-virus was running good except it's showing the error messages from yesterday, containing "The application failed to initialize properly" with a caption of "realmon.exe". I am in real danger since I afraid it may cause my PC security disrupt. If you have any idea or solution regarding it please let me know.

I was installing the software Pocket GiftSaver XL on my Pocket PC when I encountered an installation error with code 2869. I have removed the previous version of the software already.

I was installing downloaded software when I got this error message (see below).

Installer Information

Error 1406. Could not write value to key aep. Verify that you

have sufficient access to that key. Or contact your support

personnel.

I don’t know what key the message is referring to. Then, I came across to a website indicating that it is a registry-related problem. 

Can someone help me update the registry in my PC? Afraid I might ruin something.

Hi,

We are using LiteSpeed for our SQL Servers.  While I was installing one, I got this error message (see below). 

I have tried uninstalling and installing LiteSpeed but I still got the same error message.  Is there something wrong with the SQL software? 

Please help and advise on what to do.  Thanks.

I tried installing an update for the .NET Framework 1.1 with my Vista when I got this error message, see below. I also received an error code 643. I have seen the Microsoft websites but I need a simpler or easier method to resolve my problem.

I was unable to install Microsoft Office OneNote 2010 Stand-alone product. I am getting "Error 1935. An error occurred during the installation of assembly component." I have previous Office installed on my computer. Is this okay or am I getting some compatibility issues due to the old MS Office installed on my computer? What can I do to fix this?

I have searched the web and it points me to several issues; the software program or a registry problem in my PC. 

Is it really a registry problem?  I am not sure on how to proceed on to fixing the registry in my PC.
