My computer is running in Windows 2000 Server as my primary domain controller and running Active Directory. I installed Windows 2003 Server tools on a Windows XP Pro computer to manage my users, etc.

The XP machine is in the domain. But, when I try to start Active Directory Users and Computers from the XP computer, I receive an error message saying "Naming information cannot be located”.

Can someone tell me why is it when I try to create a new fax in "Windows Fax and Scan", an error
message pops up that read:

"new fax: unable to retrieve cover page associated with the selected account."

The only option is to click "OK", and when I do that another pop-up appears, that says, “The message could not be sent. Access denied." The "Setup Wizard" that is described on the Microsoft help html does not start, is there a way to uninstall Windows Fax and Scan and then reinstall it again?

I am burning .WMV files using Windows DVD Maker on Vista. This is the default program on my Compaq PC. Usually, it works without any problem, but once in awhile the burn goes all the way to 99% then an error will pop-up "cannot create DVD". I have found that it works fine if I remove a specific file and replace it. Is there any way to identify which files might be causing this without wasting any more DVDs?

even if the owner has given me the required permissions to open it.
