I cannot connect to the internet. when i checked the ip address on the DOS prompt, it says that my ip address is 169. I checked my network adapter and it says its working properly. Hello. I was running install.php for Moodle 2.2.3. After I enter the database info, I get a fatal error.

The message is:

I am using Linux OS and MySQL 5 and Apache 5.4.3 . I would be much grateful if you could help me.
