When you call the customer care, you can redirect your call to a live person.

1) Click the 0 button continuously. This 0 goes to the operator. It is applicable for most of the phone systems.

2) When the robot takes the first break, say Customer Service Representative. This will confirm and the call will be redirected to a real person. Further the robot will ask you for the topic. Answer something strange. Once it cannot recognize it will redirect you to the operator.

3) Call on 1-800-275-2273. This number is the Apples technical support contact.

You would be directly talking to a human. Clarifying to a real person is easy and always helps to solve a technical issue, be it sales, shipping, ordering etc.
