“Unable to save (Bad passphrase: -11500…)”

Hey guys,

I tried to encrypt some files on my desktop using my PGP Zip Assistant. I have found that at larger file sizes the encryption process fails. I have attached a screen pic of the error message which reads: "Unable to save (Bad passphrase: -11500…)".

Is there some setting I need to fix or something?

Hello Olivia,

You can attempt using a different group or user and see if that will resolve the issue that you are getting. That will help you establish if it is a particular group that you are using that is causing the problem. Also, check if you are able to use other parts of the application without getting any problem.
