I'm having so many bugs in my dns event viewer. I've encoded the error below. Kindly provide me an answer if this error happened then my all customers cannot ping server and server cannot ping Customers Systems.

Problem you are facing due to firewall setting.First of all please disable your firewall and look into if it is working.And it is necessary for both server and client computer.Firewall is the main cause I have to say.Then try setting your server configuration this way: Hold down Windows key and soon after press R. Then open a command prompt typing CMD.Then type command NBTSTAT -n and IPCONFIG /ALL respectively.
Then you have to right click on command window.Please mark select all and press enter on your keyboard.Finally it may be required to change DNS records.Also check if scope is activated on DHCP.
