Safe Run Error with KIS 2011

Hi guys. I need to run and start my Windows XP computer under safe mode.

I also tried to run an application when in safe mode but encountered a “Safe Run Error” in my KIS 2011 when scanning.

Is it not allowed to scan when in safe mode using KIS 2011?

I could not continue performing a full scan because of this. I need help.

Safe Run Error with KIS 2011

You can over come the problem from the steps

Run to update the database. Once the update is complete Safe Run to start trying again.

If update did not help, start Kaspersky Internet Security 2011 as follows:
Right-click the Kaspersky icon in the lower right corner of the screen
In the output from the popup menu, select
Click Start
Select All Programs

In the selection list of Kaspersky Internet Security 2011
In the context menu of the program, select the Kaspersky Internet Security 2011
After trying to reinstall Safe Run to start again.
When restarting the program did not help, repair Kaspersky Internet Security 2011.

After the repair program to try Safe Run again.

If programs do not repair, reinstall Kaspersky Internet Security 2011. To do this:
Remove Kaspersky Internet Security 2011 for storing program parameters (activation information and etc.)
Install Kaspersky Internet Security 2011

• After trying to reinstall Safe Run start again.
