Error in installing component of Acronis

Hi,

I am trying to install components of registered Acronis and the following error message has been displayed saying that it has failed to find the components of the registered Acronis.

I have here the screenshot,

please help.

Error in installing component of Acronis

Hey Olivia!

Mostly this error occurs only in the situation, when the components were automatically not registered in Acronis Management Console.

 

Here is a solution for you. Follow these steps to avoid the error.

1. First open the main Acronis installer, here you can see a button, named "Extract", click on it.

2. Select all those components that you want to install for the remote installation.

3. Now you have to extract them all to any folder you want (you can make a new folder).

4. After that, open the Remote installation wizard.

5. Now here on "Specify the location of the component installation file" click on the "In the following location". Give path to the installation wizard where you have extracted the components earlier.

Make sure that you have checked the box for "Register the components to be found box".

6.  Now install your component of acronis.
