Authorware cannot create the file system object

Hello,

I am unable to create the file system object and the error shows “The records file cannot be created because the following error has occurred. No such file Or directory”.What does it mean? Have you familiar with this error? Please share some ideas to resolve this issue. Thanks for any help.

Authorware cannot create the file system object

Please see an example: I have installed Authorware 6. It is installed and run locally. It loads fine for everyone except for the students. The students have no access to the local c-drive through a win2000 policy. When a student tries to load Authorware, the following error appears on the screen:

The records file cannot be created because the following error has occurred: no such file or directory.

I hope you would be also trying the same and this will solve your problem.
