Error message when opening report

I am attempting to open a sample report of data owned by my company without any success. Every time I am getting an error message. There is also the appearance of a 3 D chart and Scroll bar which I do not comprehend.  Who has any idea on what is happening.

Error message when opening report

Hi Lauren,

Would you be able to shed some light to the issue by adding additional information? What type of report are you trying to access? What is the error message you are getting when you access the report? Can you try to do a screen capture of the error? You may as well also capture the additional screens you are getting regarding the 3d chart and scroll bar.

If it is an excel file you are working on, you may want to check the version needed for the file to open. If you are running a lower version of excel and the file is made on a new version you may need to download the compatibility pack to be able to open it.
