Could not run games because of Microsoft liberty error

As I tried to run a game from the disk on my Windows 7 machine, I get this Microsoft liberty error which says "Turning Point- Fall of Liberty" Error – please insert the original disc instead of a backup (1000).

I am using a PC running on Windows 7 64 bit with 2 Ghz of RAM and AMD E-450 APU with Radeon HD graphics 1.65 Ghz Chipset. I am puzzled with this error that appears every time I reinstall a software games. Do you have any solution for this problem?

Kindly check that, whether the game works a single time after re-installing it. Also check that does this issue occurs for all the games or not. I would suggest you to follow this simple step hopefully this will help you:

·         Right click on game icon and choose “Run as administrator”

Give your Admin username and password if it demands.

While running any program in an elevated permission (Run As Administrator) can resolve most of the issues in running executable files, you might want to consider that there are other software installed that might create a conflict to the service in which the executable file is running.

I would suggest that you will:

1.   Check for updates. This will ensure that the necessary update for the program to run in Windows is installed.

2.   Clean Boot. Run the program with Microsoft Services only. This will help diagnose whether the error is caused by third party services.

• Click Start>type MSCONFIG in Search Programs and files box>Enter
• In the System Configuration box, click Selective Startup in General tab
• Uncheck Load Startup Items box
• Click Services tab
• Put a check on the Hide All Microsoft Services box
• Click Disable All then Ok
• Restart computer

3.   Update your Graphics Card Driver

• Click Start>right-click Computer>click Manage
• In Computer Management window, click Device Manager in the left pane
• In the hardware categories list, look for the hardware that you need to update and double-click on it.
• Right-click on the device and click Update Driver Software and proceed with the on-screen instructions. You may visit the website of your computer manufacturer to download the latest drivers for your machine.
