Sntp Protocol error in android

I am developing an Android App on Eclipse in which the User fills the form and send to a web service that stores the data. The problem is that when I click on the submit button the App doesn’t respond. I had checked the Log cat it shows an error message that Sntp protocol error Address Family not supported by the protocol. Can anyone tell me what the issue behind it is?

Sntp Protocol error shows that You haven't accessing the web server. The App is trying to access the software but it is unable tom establish the connection. Please try to re-configure your server configuration and try again. Make sure that you are connected to the internet in the android emulator
