My Autodesk has encountered a problem with license system

Hi guys,

My Autodesk has encountered a problem with license system. It does not describe the error but suggest contacting the administrative or authorized dealer. Have you any idea regarding the error ‘Error [1.1.20]’? Please help me.

3ds Max 6 License System

A license error has occurred. Contact your system administrator or authorized Autodesk product dealer.

My Autodesk has encountered a problem with license system

Hello Martin,

To resolve the issue, you will need to do the following:

• First search the Windows (or WINNT) folder for the CdaC14BA.dll file.
• In case the file is there, you will have to uninstall 3ds max 6.
• And then delete the CdaC14BA.dll file from the Windows directory.
• After that reinstall 3ds max 6.

My Autodesk has encountered a problem with license system

 

It looks like your license for the software 3D Max has expired and you need to enter a new one to use the software. You can re-enter the license from your program. If you have a new license key for the software then it will really help in this case enter the new key and you will be able to use the program.

If the above method does not work then check that your system is fully protected from virus and no virus attack happened last days. If you have made some changes to system then check it also to solve the problem.
