I received a component error while installing Zune

Hi,

I downloaded Zune from the respective site. While installing it I received a component error.

 

Have a look at the error message below. The problem is with Windows Phone Support Tools.

 

How can I fix the problem?

 

Please help.

I received a component error while installing Zune

Hi

The WP7 Easy Backup Tool allows WP7 users to create or restore a backup on the easy way. The tools wraps the Windows Phone Support Tools to create or restore updates, that means backups are 100% Zune compatible.

This tool requires .NET 3.5, Zune 4.8.2345.0 and Windows Phone Support Tools.

 

You can download the Windows Phone Support Tools.

 

And install it then install Zune.
