Renewed Avast license is already expired

I purchased Avast antivirus a year ago. And then when my license gets expired, I purchased it again and renewed so I can continue using it. When successfully done with the renewing of license, I attempt to scan my computer but I got an error stating that the license I am using is expired. I just purchased it on Avast page and my subscription will end next year. I tried to uninstall and re-installed the program but I only get the same faulty message. What should I do? I also have error shown below:

Renewed Avast license is already expired

That is a problem that may be a bit tricky to solve because it requires that to be the Avast support staff to happen why such an occurrence happened. But have you tried entering the license key in the application again and see if that will solve the problem? There might be a step that you left out also, for instance when you finished updating you might have been needed to visit the Avast website and activate the antivirus license from there. The best thing that you can do here is find the contacts for the Avast staff and reach them and explain to them the status of your problem. They should be in a better position to help you out.
