Hello,

How to download monthly capacity planning template? I want it in a powerpoint format and I am hoping that those free downloadable templates are editable so that if there are something to change I can do it manually.

How to download monthly capacity planning template?

There are many downloadable monthly capacity planning templates, but it is not easy to find one that is in PowerPoint format.

Solution 1:

Download the template in an MS Word format. You may just download the file that I attached in this post.

Create a new PowerPoint presentation and save the contents of this document there.

Solution 2:

Download a template in an MS Excel format. Here is the link to the downloadable excel files

Create a new PowerPoint presentation and import the excel file that you have downloaded.

Open MS PowerPoint

Select Insert —-> Table ——> Excel Spreadsheet

Copy the contents of the Excel file that you have downloaded and paste it in the Excel sheet in the PowerPoint.
